Awesome support for an Awesome system!

Started using their system today, and WOW! I can’t put into words how agonizing it is to look through system after system for all the features you want for your brand. However, ParcelPanel nails it!

They make integrating extremely easy with fully customizable pages, intuitive analytics and an easy to setup plugin. The entire process has been one of the most painless I have come across. Right now, there is some lovely freebies they are giving out (SSSssshhhh) and all it takes is a conversation with support.

My experience so far has been wonderful. Oh! and Jessca from support is absolutely legendary! Lightning fast responses. Less than a minute! I loved my conversation with her and she helped me understand exactly what I needed to know.

The only thing I would appreciate more here is the ability to have SMS notifications, or at least an integration with a system that can. Other than that, bravo ParcelPanel!
