Awesome Support + Gravity Forms

    Hi guys, 

    We are currently testing Awesome Support for the ticketing system, but we still need forms. The most obvious solution is to integrate with Gravity Forms, but I’ve noticed a few things there:

    1. The screenshots in the Documentation look like they were taken with the old version of Gravity Forms. Do you have a support for the latest GF releases/versions?

    2. Additionally, if we were to purchase an addon (Gravity Forms + Awesome Support), do you have a refund policy?
