I hope you don’t mind that I want to clarify the situation here as well, as I did in private.
As I have told you, it was a matter of timetables, our office was closed when you have sent the emails. The next day, a reply was sent and a refund as well.
Also, we do not send the products, the clients choose what they want to purchase (PMS or PB).
