On reviewing the Help Desk ticket I believe you created for this issue — where you noted you were left unable to create events — all I can say is this is highly atypical: were that a general problem that most users experienced we’d certainly be inundated with a flood of very similar complaints.
That doesn’t take away from the fact that the support experience was just a little choppy (it looks like your ticket was accidentally closed, until we realized what had happened and corrected that) and we put our hands up to that: we could have done better there.
Accidents can happen, though, and I do feel it’s worth noting here that, in the only ticket I believe you created relating to Event Tickets Plus specifically, you received help from the team the very same day you asked for assistance — well within our stated 24hr response times — and that we were happy to work further with you further to resolve this.
It was, ultimately, your decision not to do so and furthermore we were happy to respect your wish to be given a refund. All that to say, we aren’t ogres and we did try to help, but perhaps weren’t given as much of a chance to do so as might have been ideal.
I do wish this one had turned out differently, but regardless we wish you well with your project and whichever solution you turn to in the future ??
