• I cannot get it to work with WooCommerce and Events Calendar. I have reached out to their support multiple times and gotten no response.

    Very frustrated with the customer service as well as the plugin itself.

    Feeling cheated that I spent money on it and so many hours trying to get it to work on my site.

    We’re sorry to hear that, @shortsamm.

    On reviewing the Help Desk ticket I believe you created for this issue — where you noted you were left unable to create events — all I can say is this is highly atypical: were that a general problem that most users experienced we’d certainly be inundated with a flood of very similar complaints.

    That doesn’t take away from the fact that the support experience was just a little choppy (it looks like your ticket was accidentally closed, until we realized what had happened and corrected that) and we put our hands up to that: we could have done better there.

    Accidents can happen, though, and I do feel it’s worth noting here that, in the only ticket I believe you created relating to Event Tickets Plus specifically, you received help from the team the very same day you asked for assistance — well within our stated 24hr response times — and that we were happy to work further with you further to resolve this.

    It was, ultimately, your decision not to do so and furthermore we were happy to respect your wish to be given a refund. All that to say, we aren’t ogres and we did try to help, but perhaps weren’t given as much of a chance to do so as might have been ideal.

    I do wish this one had turned out differently, but regardless we wish you well with your project and whichever solution you turn to in the future ??

    I just wanted to let you know that this was not an isolated issue, another user had (has?) a very similar problem and posted this help desk ticket. I am not sure why it stopped working for us but it did. As far as I can see they have yet to post an event with tickets this month so I’m assuming they still have the issue.

    You guys get a lot of support tickets, so I understand why the responses can take awhile and I did have the issue beginning on a Saturday. I had not read that you guys do not offer support on the weekends when I began getting frustrated. I was also frustrated by the generic responses from the support team. I do not think you are ogres, nor did I mean to imply that sentiment. I just think the plugin is finicky and that the support offered is minimal and robotic. And I think that it’s fair to warn people and temper their expectations.

    Anyway, I was ultimately able to create events – it just took a lot of database clean-up and time. I wish you well also and hope there are no hard feelings.

    I have had ongoing problems with Event Tickets Plus, as well. It is so full of bugs and completely broken at the moment—literally unusable.
