    I already know you have been in touch with our support right after posting this, just as you have many times before this post, so I’m going to reply for anyone else who may be reading this simply for clarification ??

    OceanWP’s website isn’t broken and wasn’t broken, but you’re unable to see purchases / use the premium customer support form if you login to your user account instead of the customer account. All explanations can be found here: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/783-customer-accounts-101

    Besides our user documentation, which also contains explanations regarding accounts, support and usage, there are numerous ways to reach support (also stated on the website in the section Support): this forum, Facebook group, prepurchase questions through tickets, premium support tickets and – most importantly – our direct email is written all over your purchase confirmations so you can reach us any time, even if things get confusing at times.
