• I bought the pro version of the plugin and within an hour I realized I couldn’t use it most likely because of a conflict of another plugin. Asked for my money back instantly (they claim to believe in their products so much that they offer Money Back Guarantee) but as it turns out, that’s actually not the case.

    They only offer you your money back if you give them access to your website and they determine whether or not the plugin works. They asked me for the exact plugin that’s causing the conflict but I couldn’t really inspect that properly in an hour from when I bought the plugin until I contacted them. I have a sneaky suspicion of what it is but in all honesty that shouldn’t matter.

    I have been using WordPress since the very beginning and in that time I’ve bought A LOT of premium plugins and themes and it has happened on occasions that something doesn’t work together. In all other instances have I just got my money back – no questions asked.

    This isn’t really a review about the plugin itself which I’m sure works fine for most but their customer service, the deceptive Money-Back Guarantee and their unwillingness to budge from their somewhat hidden terms, which by the way are not a law of nature. You can choose to offer a good service regardless.
