Awful customer service

Think carefully before about the support you expect before using this plugin. Bought it into 2015. Worked brilliantly – downloads, canned responses, email piping, knowledge base. Let the licence expire. Received no further updates. Worked perfectly fine. Logged in this week to add a new download. Already updated to version 2.4.0 (despite an expired licence). No longer have access to downloads, canned responses, email piping, knowledge base, etc. Have asked for support but none given. I have to pay for the new add-ons that provide these features or upgrade to the whole package. Was told that if I didn’t want to upgrade I could find the information I need in the database. Awful customer service for a product that used to be good.
