Awful Customer Support

  • Customer support is a complete Joke. They don’t reply unless you create another new ticket asking them to reply to your old ticket. They then don’t read your previous answer, and ask the same questions again. OK when it works but when there’s problems you have no chance. Time to move on.

    This certainly shouldn’t be the case; our support operatives ensure their queues daily, and this is verified. (During working days – so, if someone creates a ticket 11pm Saturday, they’re not likely to see a reply until Monday). If you can supply the ID you use on updraftplus.com I will be glad to look into what happened in your case and see what can be improved.
