• I installed this when it first launched. It worked for a few days, then stopped working without warning. I’ve tried everything myself – removing plugins, themes with potential conflicts etc. nothing seems to work. And I always thought that MailChimp support was great but now I realize that I’ve just never really tested them. They just asked me to delete and reinstall the plugin every few days when they couldn’t work it out. This plugin definitely isn’t a priority for them. I’ve been a MailChimp customer and fan for years but I’m moving to Campaign Monitor after this experience.

    Thank you for the review and feedback. I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused – that is definitely not expected behavior for the plugin and I understand how it must be a pain to deal with. If you’re up for it, I’d like to get a copy of your WooCommerce System Status report and any errors that are MailChimp for WooCommerce specific that you have logged. Maybe we can get to the bottom of this wonkiness together. Either way, thanks for the feedback – hearing from our users about pain points is the first step towards eliminating them.     Hi Pearl,

    I’ve already done all of this with your technical support team. I know that you have the first available support agent answer each question because it makes it faster – but when its an issue that isn’t resolved within a single session or day – it means you end up doing the same thing over and over and over.

    Thanks for your message – but unless you have something new for me – not the system status, not disabling plugins and themes, then I’m not going to try again.
