Awful support, bad structure

  • The plugin seems very feature rich, but when you come to customization, youre in the dark. After buying the PRO version, realized there’s not much in plus and the plugin logic is simply hard to understand with a steep lurning curve. Than you have only a few options in admin, cannot customize basic things. Editing and overriding template files did not work. Wrote to support, each answer takes almost 2 days. Very bad experience from a PRO payed for plugin. Will never buy again that’s for sure.
