Awful support. Such a shame as the plugin looks great

I cannot recommend this plugin because the company behind it has terrible support which you’ll likely need. I paid for the gallery plugin. Looks great but wasn’t loading every time on the page. About 40% reliable so not at all usable for a professional site. Put in a support ticket 6 weeks ago and was assured there would be someone on the case. Got a response first saying what it might be and I assured them it wasn’t that as the feature wasn’t enabled. Haven’t since had a single update on this as to what is going on. I can’t imagine treating my paying customers like this.
