Awful technical support

    I’ve purchased a number of their paid add-ons, only to discover that their own technical support is just terrible. Despite their name, the simply do not provide any support whatsoever. There doesn’t appear to be anyone around.

    I would strongly recommend you do not purchase anything, and even re-consider planning to use their free plugin to begin with. Buyer (and user) beware!

    May 30, 2020: the v6.0.0 release is completely broken, DO NOT UPDATE!
