AWS S3 Region – Paris

  • Hi there,

    Could the new “EU/Paris” region be added on the CDN settings for AWS S3?

    Are wordpress plugins now hosted via GIT or still on SVN? If on Git, I could help and do a pull request for this setting.

  • I know the folks over at w3-total-cached-fixed on GIT keep things up to date which this author tends to pull his fixes from. The author had planned to shift over to GIT but hasnt yet.

    Adding paris node would be fairly quick and straight forward (a single line in 3 diff files), as you probably have already done on your end so i’m sure he will add it in in the next release.

You correctly stated that we’re working in a private repository and there’s no reason why you can’t join us there during the transition.
