Ayuda la página de pago no sale. Me dice carrito vacio

    Hola por favor me pueden ayudar tengo problemas ya varios días con el método de pago. Al momento de elegir los productos se suman al carrito pero cuando le doy clic para ir al carrito me sale. Su carrito está vacio volver a la tienda.

    Ya he tratado varios días de solucionarlo d3 todas formas. He escrito a este soporte pero no tengo respuesta. Me puse en contacto con el profesor de hosting ya ya le cambió el archivo htacces borro la cache; revisó javascript y no se arregla el método de pago. Ya no se que hace.

    Adjunto informe del sistema para que me puedan ayudar porfavor. Es urgente necesito tener mi tienda operativa.

    La página precisa /cart te recomiendo crear desde 0 la página en “A?adir nueva” en “Páginas” del gestor de WordPress y ponerle el link forzado cart en donde debes a?adir en el contenido únicamente el Shortcode: [woocommerce_cart]

    Te comparto los demás shortcodes que debes a?adir en las demás páginas:
    [woocommerce_checkout] – muestra la página de pago
    [woocommerce_my_account] – muestra la página de mi cuenta
    [woocommerce_order_tracking] – muestra el rastreo del envío

    Hola gracias por la colaboración. Ya hice lo que me sugirió fernandomireles. Y efectivamente ya puedo realizar pedidos pero lo que no puedo es eliminar un artículo del carrito. Ejemplo. Pido producto a y producto b y también producto c. Pero al momento de pagar me sale el detalle de los productos entonces quiero eli.inar del detalle el producto c. Le doy clic en la x y no se elimina. Otra cosa que ahora sucede también es que los clientes no pueden realizar pedidos desde su cuenta les sale carrito vacio. Pero sin ingresar ala tienda si pueden hacer el pedido. Ya he borrado la caché. Y sigue el mismo error.
    Antes podía ingresar desde el login del sistema de afiliados ahora no me permite. Sólo el cliente puede ingresar a la cuenta desde el login de woocommerce.

    Sorry for the wait on this response, and thank you for your reply/clarification!

    I can effectively place orders but what I can’t do is remove an item from the cart.

    this is probably something to do with cache on your site. I see you have the Lightspeed Host and also the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. Both of these have cache built in. Be sure to disable the Cart, Checkout, and My-Account pages from the cache, and make sure your server has them removed from cache as well.

    This is almost always the cause of items not being able to be removed from the Cart, or having older items show.

    Another thing that now happens is also that customers can not place orders from their account they leave empty cart.

    This is part of the cache, make sure the three pages above are not cached.

    I have already cleared the cache. And follow the same error.

    If you have cleared cache from the plugin, reach out to your Host and make sure they have it cleared. These are two separate things.

    Before I could login from the affiliate system login now it does not allow me. Only the customer can access the account from the woocommerce login.

    Are you referring to logging in and seeing the customer account page? Usually you do have to be logged in as the customer/user to be able to see their account page. I see you have the following:
