Ayuda subir imágenes

  • Hola a tod@s.
    Soy nuevo en el uso de WordPress y estoy teniendo un problema que no puedo resolver.
    La cuestión es que desde hace un mes no puedo subir archivos jpg a mi Web desde mi portátil. Tras muchas llamadas a IONOS me sugirieron que intentara subir las imágenes desde otro ordenador.
    Mi sorpresa ha sido que las imágenes se suben sin problemas y puedo seguir editando el código sin contratiempos.
    Lógicamente mi problema está en mi portátil. He revisado las actualizaciones recientes de Windows y están todas. Supongo que algún problema de actualización o del navegador es lo que está provocando todo.
    Si alguien puede ayudarme lo agradecería.

    This is also a bit hard to troubleshoot from the distance without more specifics.
    Can you please share the error message, if there is one, and browser versions?

    Furthermore, could you please test if the error message appears after you clear the browser cache?
    Once you can share so more specifics, that are different between your laptop and your other computer, support volunteers could make more suggestions to troubleshoot this with you.
