Azera Shop Theme

Hello,
I am using the Azera Shop Theme in my website https://www.uaezombie.com
The problem I am facing is when I add items to the cart, It says my checkout page is missing.
I am not sure where it disappear or how to add the checkout page again?
Any help would be great thanks.
