    Hi @stevemullen ,
of course we will help you with the issue. We will look at what it is about and if necessary we will immediately make a hotfix to solve the problem.

Can you tell me exactly how you came to that error?

    Have a nice day!

I created a new slider, and added three slides, using mp4 videos. Nothing else.

I just tested with your videos that you use in a slider with the same options and the slider works fine. It is possible that there is a conflict with another plugin, can you please send a screenshot of all plugins that are active for you and also which WordPress theme do you have installed?

I just made a video example with your videos where I do a slider from scratch with your 3 videos, I set up fullscreen and autoplay like you.
I inserted a shortcode on the homepage and everything loads neatly.

    Example:

Please try to give us more information so we can reproduce the problem. Also try shutting down some plugins and seeing that it is not up to some collision. Also try testing with another topic to find out more information, and at the same time we will be able to help you more.

    Have a nice day!

    Interesting.

I am the author of https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/rover-idx/, which is the only other plugin running on the site. Both Rover IDX and Transition Slider Lite are using the Swipe library. I naturally suspected a conflict. I’ve removed the Rover IDX content from the page (therefore our Swipe js does not load) – but I still see the error.

So then I deactivated Rover IDX. And the slider worked without error.

The page definitely was not loading the Slider js. But there is obviously a conflict. Your js is minified. Is there a way I can load unminified js to get a better handle on what is happening?

    Thank you

Thanks for the additional information, this definitely helps as you mentioned that you are also using your own plugin which is also based on Swiper.js. We will install your plugin and find out what the problem is.
You can expect a hotfix very soon and this error will not happen again.

Thanks again for the information, please be patient for a while until we resolve the errors.

I apologize once again for the problem. We have solved the problem on our part and ensured that the global variables do not conflict with other global variables from the minified versions of other plugins.
Also no worries about Swiper, you’ll never have a conflict with our Swiper version because we use modified Swiper with totally different global Swiper class names.

In few hours we will release the hotfix, please install that version, and the problem will be fixed.

We are really glad that we managed to solve the problem. If you like the plugin and have a moment, feel free to leave a rating and review, we would appreciate it!

    Have a nice day!

    Hi

2.12.1 is the update, right? If so – I’m sorry, the problem is not solved.

    Thank you

I checked again your link https://www.nytrophyproperties.com/home-2/
And I see that you are still using version 2.12.0 of our plugin.
In dev tools I checked https://www.nytrophyproperties.com/wp-content/plugins/transition-slider-lite/js/build/transitionSlider.min.js

And the version is still 2.12.0, maybe you need to clear the cache. Because the problem in the latest version is solved.

You are right – Cloudflare was serving up the old files.

    Thank you – it’s fixed.
