Now that you’re the official b2, any chance you’ll be using some of the b2 styling for the admin side?
I like the new feature ideas, but the admin page style is a big step backward.

    Hey guys,
I am not the anon guy who was posting earlier, just another anonymous chump.
I agree with him, in some respects.
B2 was some cool looking blog software. While I personally could care less what the admin side looks like, I wish my readers could see the blog in the old B2 spirit. The cool blue theme was really nice… I miss it, too.
And not every one is competant enough to modify WordPress CSS and PHP to create a custom template for their blog. In fact, the average blogger is probably not. I think it would be wise for WordPress to package the B2 template in their software. It would add a nice alternative style, and it would also honor it’s roots.
(Not to be rude or anything, but B2evo has released a classic B2 stylesheet/template.)

I love the interface now–although I changed the admin to use a darker grey (white was too harsh) and a smoother font for the textarea…
IBM did a study and found that gray was the way to go–for less eye fatigue. The current look and feel is why I chose WordPress–it says a lot about the authors I think. It looks elegant and professional… I have a BFA–I should know… Don’t worry about changing the interface for these Toys-R-Us Kids.
If you want to go play with flashy graphics toys, go crank up Kai’s Power Tools or Bryce…
    BAHAHAHAHA…

FYI: This thread is hot because it’s ranked high on Google.
