I have a somewhat challenging issue and need your expertise.

I have customers who buy and store merchandise (printed pens, mugs, …) from me. My customer sells online consultations over a certain term and want to ship packages to their customers on a monthly basis.

Since the goods are stored with me, that should also be sent by me to its customers.

To solve the problem, I have here thought of a non-public online store that automatically orders monthly via a subscription model. Since the customer has already paid for the goods in advance, but no prices are displayed in the store – so all products 0$.

Now the following challenges:
1. can I customize the monthly packages through the “Woocommerce Subscription” plugin? That is zbsp that at the beginning is said, the customer is for 6 months with me in the consultation and for this reason he gets 6 months every month a new package. In the 1st month there is a pen, in the 2nd month a mug etc ….

2. whenever my customer has a new customer who books a consultation with him, this must be deposited with me. Is there a possibility that I can create a customer within a customer?

that means that my customer also has an access and can manage all his customers to ebsp change his term or to deposit the new address?
