Back ground not showing up

I see a gray background with faint design.

Hi, sorry not to get back to you, I can not change the backround, the graphic I had dissapeared and I did not change it, I can not get it back, nor even change the color from the gray background with the standard back ground colors.
I was able to add a post, so somthing is working..
any ideas as to what might be happening?

Perhaps it would be better hiring someone to resolve this for you then?
