    Hello there,

    Good Day !!

We’re here to assist you with this one.

From your given url we couldn’t seen our plugin is active? We’re not sure why this issue arise, could you please troubleshoot by deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and our Back In Stock Notifier to see it works as normal?

Please cross check with option – Go to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Troubleshoot Settings(Experimental) -> Frontend Subscribe Form Submission via -> Change the option and check it out

    Let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hi,
Thank you for your response. I have activated the plugin again, but still is not?working properly as it’s requesting additional authentication and I can only sign in with my admin account to make it work for me. All works fine when I am signed in but normal users are unable to subscribe?for auto-notification, can you please advise.

    Regards

    Hello,

Could you please change the option in our Troubleshoot Settings Go to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Troubleshoot Settings(Experimental) -> Frontend Subscribe Form Submission via -> Change it to WordPress Rest API Route. Please enable that option and check it out.

Not sure your site is under htaccess password for admin access, which impact this issue for AJAX request. Please contact your hosting provider regarding your query.

    Let us know

    Thanks.
