Back to main (parent) category button on subcategory

The breadcrumbs on top would definitely be helpful, but could we also set any custom code or function to add something like — a button for returning back to only prior-level of that product category as well?

@molliejtk It could be done, yes, but it’s not something as a simple snippet. It would need to test to see if it’s a product in a category with a parent, then it would need to output the link and styling where needed. The code would probably also need to be added to your theme.

So, as Kenin mentioned before, this is more of a development topic and you might receive help from a volunteer here, or you may need to look elsewhere for more specific assistance.
