Back to top button stopped working

  • Hi all,

    I had the “back to top” button active in the theme and working fine until now.
    I noticed that it stopped working, probably because of some updates on the theme or plugins, I really don’t know. The behaviour right now is that it does not go to the top immediately, and rather page scrolls up extremely slowly, sometimes blocking the scroll.
    Could you please help me find the issue?

    I created a staging site, if you may want to have a look.
    Let me know if I should send the credentials of this staging site to you.

    Hi Ana,

    It sounds like a plugin conflict.

    Can you try to disable all plugins and custom functions to see if the issue still occurs?
