Back Up Error

    I installed the Croissanga plug-in and now I get this error:

    WARNING: Your wp-content directory is NOT writable! We can not create the backup directory.
    /home/notyetar/public_html/wp-content/backup-93792/

    WARNING: Your backup directory is NOT writable! We can not create the backup directory.
    /home/notyetar/public_html/

    Is this because of the Croissanga plug-in or another reason? Please be basic/simple on any instructions because I am new at all this.
