back up space limited?

It wasn’t confusing at all. I’ll provide answer again to your revised questions though!

When the online space fills up, oldest files are removed to make room for the new files.
After the first full backup, only changes files get backed up. This means you don’t waste space storing multiple copies of the exact same file.
Yes, incremental backup is much quicker and less intensive on your server since we don’t load up all of your files during backup, we just look at those that changed since last backup.
