Downloaded this plugin, connected it to my drop box. Started a back up. in the window it keeps repeating these 3 lines and sometimes using the same hash for the file

How do I manually stop the back up? I disabled the plug in, restarted the server, then enabled the plug in and it is still cycling through those three lines. I am using a micro EC2 instance on AWS.

Also it doesn’t appear to be creating any files on the machine locally. It may be a permissions issue that won’t allow it and it keeps trying to create the back up.

Also in the table of backups, there are 2 that were created at the same time. the lowest one says it failed and error log wasn’t found, and is asking for FTP access to resolve. The entry above it,created at the exact same time, has “Please wait, backup will be created…” for the Name of Backup. The size of both files is 0mb. The status of the last one is in progress. The site is not very large >100 mb.
