backend blocking not working

    in one a website of a client of mine your wonderful plugin is used ip2location country blocker.
    although front-end blocking is working (currently not set, but i tested it)
    the back end is not.
    for example i blocked Italy but the last 3 days i had over 300 attempts to log in from ip’s in Italy

    i tried disabling all the plugins except ip2location country blocker, unfortunately no results

    wp version : 4.1.1
    ip2location country blocker version: 2.2.2
    current database version : march 2015

    settings: backend, block all except the netherlands
