Backend Broken Post Update

  • Hello,

    We have been running this plugin successfully until trying to update from 1.5.7 to 1.6.2. After updating to the latest version, the backend of the site instantly gives a 500 error (white screen).

    Also, we are using WP Fastest Cache plugin which will no longer clear cache on the frontend – not sure if this is somehow related.

    It sounds like there might be a PHP error somewhere. Since the plugin isn’t working, you’ll need to examine the PHP error log manually. Please search it for fatal errors. The error(s) might not mention this plugin by name; look for anything that’s recent or matches the last time when you got the 500 error.
