• Hi, this is an odd one. When in the WP backend if click on deails for plugins or try and access customise – add css etc , things don’t display where they should. See this image for example https://imgur.com/a/shkvFGw Any ideas what might be causing this? I’m fairly sure it is the theme (not created by me), but not sure what to look for and where in the theme files to potentially correct this issue. Any suggestions appreciated.

  • Hi,

You might be able to get more useful information from the health check plugin below.

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

You could also test the theme theory by switching to a default theme to see if there is a change.

    Thanks,

    Matt

@beardedginger Thanks for the suggestions. Site passes health check fine, aoerts from the usual, delete unused plugins , upgrade to higher php7, and optonal imagick not enabled. If i switch to deafult theme and did so i troubleshot mode, when click on details links for lugins they launch as pop-ps and not as they do in my image above. So it does seem to be something within the code of the bespoke theme that was made for the site that causing this to happen. So none the wiser.
