backend custom filtering and sorting for post

  • Hello
    I’m searching a way to improve the backend filtering and sorting that always exist in WP for post.

    I need at least to :
    – add filtering and sorting for custom filed.
    – display the post main picture in the post list.

    Did you know a plugin that can extend the admin post backend functionalities?
