Hi there, I’ve got the following problem:

I created a website that uses the meta-slider plugin, worked well on my test-server. So after uploading quite some images for different sliders it just suddenly stopped working in the backend. No problems in the frontend, but I can’t upload new slides or images to existing slides.

Reinstalled meta-slider and it started working again, but on the new server (same php version) it doesn’t work. Even after disabling all the plugins, changing the theme and so on. It still looks like this:
Looks like some kind of css error

I hope you guys can help me, I’ve got three days to fix this error!

    Hi there,

    I’ve not see this before.

If you’ve tried deactivating all other plugins and used a default theme it must be server related, perhaps something relating to image manipulation – are you able to check with your host?

Does the WordPress media library work, can you edit an image i.e. cropping, rotating and so on?

    Thanks,
    Dave

Hi Dave, thanks for the answer.

like I said, deactivating all plugins didn’t help on the new server, it’s an Apache server running PHP 5.6.

The media library works and I can edit images there, it’s just the meta-slider, everything else works fine.

I hope that helps, I have no clue what to do, I even started updating other domains running older PHP versions on the server.

    Thanks,
    Stefan
