    When you have sometime, can you please confirm if you’re able to login to WordPress admin area? And that the error message is only showing up when you’re trying to access WPForms > Settings?

    Further, when you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?

    Hi Prasant!

    Yes! Everything else works well!

    Only WPForms > Settings (but not only “Settings”, all 10 links under “WPForms”) has the issues.

    I’ll check it & report back!

    So I found out, that this issue occurs when this plugin is activated: https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-commentnavi/

    But only for the newest version of WPForms. The previous one works fine!

    I already contacted the author of WP-Commentnavi, but he doesn’t reply.

    But since the previous version of WPForms works fine, maybe there’s something you could do on your side? ??

I’ve already informed our developers about the issue, and they’re taking a closer look. However, at this moment, I’m unable to provide an estimated time on when a fix will be released.
