    Hi there,

The crux of the issue above is that something, likely embedded in one or more products, is taking longer than your server’s allowed 120 seconds to be returned. To treat the symptom you can increase that limit, but it might be best to cure the cause, which would require more info.

When you switched to troubleshooting mode, did you disable all but WooCommerce, and also swap out your theme to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront?

If you did that too, and the issue persists, I would suggest first doing a full conflict test, which would require setting up a staging environment to properly disable all the plugins and swap the theme, not just via the troubleshooting plugin.

If this too doesn’t solve the issue, then you can reply with the following bits of info for a closer look:

    • System Status Report; find it under WooCommerce ? Status, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
    • Fatal Errors log; under WooCommerce ? Status ? Logs, and from the right-hand dropdown select the log with “fatal-errors-” in the title, and the date nearest to the error above.

    Hello @eastofwest,

Thank you for your response. I have switched the theme as well and still the same issue. Is there a way that I can delete all atributes or products in one go?

    Regards,

    Hey,

I have switched the theme as well and still the same issue.

That’s unusual. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Also, could you share with us what were you changing once the error showed up?

    Warm regards,
