Backend for user

Good evening, I need to create a backend for users where they can check the status of the practice, in short I have created a form with cf7 that generates a pdf, the customer when they click on submit sends us a contract that will be submitted for acceptance and then the customer is notified if their contract has been accepted or rejected and why it has been rejected, is this possible? are there plugins that allow this type of action?
