Your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, you can paste your response here.
Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

Hi @wildwuxs

After installing the lates Version the menu disappears when I open the product or order site

Besides WooCommerce you should also update the WooCommerce Database to match the core version. You can do it from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database. Here’s a helpful guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-woocommerce/#woocommerce-data-update-notice

Before doing that make sure you have a good backup of your full site and database in place, so that if something goes wrong, you can easily restore your site to a functioning state. Most hosting providers have this included in the subscription, but you may also consider using a service like Jetpack, or a plugin like UpdraftPlus.

I did all you asked me to and the Problem still exists.
Now I just turned of the new woo commerce navigation menu.
Back to the old navigation over wordpress menubar.

Thanks for following the steps. This kind of problem can be caused by a conflict with your theme or another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Check if the shipping fee is being applied

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.
