Backend no longer functioning.

    I update my master slider approx every week. When i went into the dashboard today and access my main slider set I was shocked to find that the dashboard had become in operable. The slider still works on the front end, but the back end is a mess.

    The tabs “background” “video and link” “slide info” and “misc” no longer open up separately. Their contents now appear below each other on one page.

    I cannot edit anyone of the 8 slides except the first one which is selected by default

    And the menu items “slider settings”, “slider controls”, “slider callbacks” and “upgrade to pro” all now lead to 404 pages…

    What’s going on?

    Dear friend,

    Probably its caused by plugin function conflicts.

    In order to isolate and find the issue, please try to deactivate all plugins on your website.
    If that resolved the issue, reactivate each plugin individually until finding the cause.

    Otherwise, switch your theme to default WordPress themes and check it again.

    If problem persists, please create a temporary account on your website and send the credentials to wordpress[At]averta.net, we will check your website for any possible issue.
