    Hello,

I’d like to ask your advice. We are preparing a new website, from our prepared template. So we are duplicating a website where iThemes Security plugin has already been installed. After moving the site, the plugin settings are not displayed.

    I tried:
    Remove the plugin and reinstall
Disable all plugins and activate the default template
    Reinstall wordpress

Nothing has helped me so far. Do you know where the problem could be?

  • Hi kotromar,

Looks like the stuff the iTSec plugin is expecting in the database doesn’t exist.

Did you also copy/clone the database?

+++++ To prevent any confusion, I’m not iThemes +++++

Hi @kotromar could you please set WP_DEBUG to true in your wp-config.php and see if an error is displayed on the blank screen?
