    Hi,

When I create an order in the backend, then add 0% tax and then click on the ‘Recalculate’ button. It still calculates 21% VAT.. How do I fix this?

First I add an product and then add 0% VAT: https://ibb.co/JrRndyL

Then I click on the recalculate button and it calculates 21% VAT: https://ibb.co/GWLzw40

    Hi @basvweb,

When you hit the “Recalculate” button, WooCommerce will calculate taxes based on the customer shipping address, customer billing address or shop base address, following your tax settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Tax options.

If you do not enter billing or shipping address when you create an order, then WooCommece will automatically choose the shop base address and will apply a 21% VAT rate as per your tax settings.

    Hope this explains.
