    Is the problem that you can’t scroll down far enough to show the Dismiss link? This problem should have been fixed in 1.0. You can see the steps done to reproduce the problem at https://github.com/ampproject/amp-wp/pull/1694 along with the merged fix.

    You should be able to remove the pointer by opening DevTools in your browser and adjusting the CSS to shift the entire pointer up. Then you should be able to see the Dismiss link.
