hi there. We are having a major issue. Our backend WP products listing pages are completely jacked up. I have attached a screen shot of what we see – and this is on every product.

    product page screen shot

The wholesale prices column basically lists everything and forces each product to take up the whole screen.

When I disable the plugin “woocommerce wholesale prices” it looks normally, but obviously we need this plugin for our wholesale products.

    Thanks

  • Hi @jfores19,

Based on the screenshot you given, its due because the product listing table have a lot of columns.

One way to resolve this is to hide some columns on the product listing table.

You can do this by going to the product listing on the backend
then go to the screen options on the top right.

There you will be able to turn on/off some columns on the products table.

Try to hide a couple of columns and this should do the trick.

Again this will only affect product listing display on the backend.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers!

Didn’t even realize that was up there. Thank you for that. Im still confused as to why it was happening. We had all those columns before and it was fine right up until a few months ago.

So if the reason its happening is because of a conflict then what we just did is simply something to cover it up, and not a fix for the problem, if you know what I mean.

But thank you for helping to clean up the view for now.

    @jfores19,

There is really no problem, what happened is that there are just too much information being displayed on the screen and the table needs to shift the contents to the next line coz there is not enough room to display the data.

Basing on the screenshot you included, you can see that the first product on the table have wholesale prices for lots of different wholesale roles, because it is trying to display a lot of data on the screen and because the screen real estate is limited ( one of the reason is the number of columns in the table ), that is why the excess content is pushed downwards to cater the available screen real estate.

So again to clarify, there was no errors, there was no conflict, its just that the screen pushed some contents downwards coz there is a lot of data being displayed to the screen.

I hope this explanation makes it clear ??

    Cheers!

No I do understand all that. The main thing that I am asking is we’ve had all that content for 2 years, but it never screwed up the display like that until recently. So something caused the display to get jacked up since it was fine before.

It may be fine but I just want to make sure.

    Thanks
