• I have an issue on a production site where I have installed Relevanssi. When I search on the WordPress admin panel in the backend, I cannot see any results. It will list a number of posts (eg 6 posts) but then not actually show any. However, it works fine on the frontend.

It could well be a conflict with another plugin I have installed – I have Gravity Forms, WP Media Folder, Quick Featured Images and others. Am running latest WordPress version.

Uncheck the “Use Relevanssi for admin searches” setting in Relevanssi > Searching settings tab.

If you need to do admin searches with Relevanssi, you can use Dashboard > Admin search.

Ok so this checkbox is just not working?
If I need relevanssi in my admin search for a specific CPT I just can’t because this checkbox isn’t working at all ?

Is there another way to implement Relevanssi to admin search like programmatically ?

It works, but not in every case. The Relevanssi admin search works every time, which is why I created it in the first place, and why I won’t spend much effort in trying to make the regular admin search work with Relevanssi, because WordPress is making that very, very difficult.
