    Hi,

I’m not exactly sure what your question is?

Are you sure you are using the Mailchimp for WordPress plugin? What have you done so far? Where can we see the result / what is your website?

    https://kb.mc4wp.com/create-your-first-form/

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let us know!

    Hello,

I regret to say we still do not understand your question.

The code you shared has nothing to do with our plugin. If you are using our plugin “MailChimp for WordPress”, then when you create a form, we provide a shortcode that you can use on your website to display the form.

I hope that answers your query. Let us know if you have any further questions.
