I read the faq and confirmed that “wp_head();” is in the header, and that the allow to replace is checked on all widgets but the custom sidebar is still not showing. I’ve disabled all plugins one at a time and still nothing works. At this point I assume it’s caused by the theme I’m using, it’s a premium theme but I don’t have support for it anymore. I’d really like to be able to use this plugin. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The website in question is https://www.melindakushner.com/shop/

    Still shows the standard sidebar

    Hi @arctrinity,

I don’t have latest version of Themify Ultra theme so I did some test on older one and on there it seems like Custom Sidebars are working fine.

Please note that allowing sidebars to be replaced doesn’t replace them as well, you need to do that on desired pages.

When you open your page/post in editor you will see sidebar selector on the side where you can select which sidebar will be shown for that page.

Or when you’re at widget panel click on Sidebar Location for your custom sidebar where you can select if you want it shown on archive and similar pages.

    Hope this helps ??

    Cheers,
