backend works frontend not

Hi,

for final touches I wanted to forward the url to my /wordpress subfolder. Then i added the rule for redirection non-www to www which broke some of the links and in the process of correcting that I broke the whole site.

I gained at least backend access back by adding the siteadress to the functions.php of the main theme but I still dont have the front end back

does someone a source that treats all these problems? I only find little snippets for treating some of the symptoms?
