Background and logo not showing

    Hi,
    I am using Feather Login Designer as a plug in on WordPress, and the custom background and logo are not showing on the login page. Every other customization works ( color, font…) except the background and logo (the images).
    Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

    There is a 403 Forbidden error, This error is usually caused by server firewall or security plugins.

    If you visit the image link (https://patricklibois.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/background-login-2.jpg) in private window it will not load it and show 403 error.

    To resolve this please try deactivating any Security/firewall plugins if the error is resolved by this then you will have to contact your hosting company to mange file permissions.

    Hi Hugh,
    Thank you for your answer.
    I have (finally) got an answer from WordPress and I think this might be interesting for you.
    My site is private, and no image can be uploaded before logging in.
    The solution is to store the 2 images on a public site and access them from there.
