background atachment fixed not working with animate on scroll

I add the animation “aos-slide-down” to slide down a Header Image, this one is as Background in a Block defined as atachment fixed that the background image when the page is scrolling the doesn’t sroll with the page an stay fix. But when “aos-slide-down” is add as CSS it scrolls with the page, when I delete the “aos-slide-down” it works.
