Background Color

    I would like the background of the pages to be black with white text. Unfortunately, the editing mode has a white background, so if I change the text to white, I can’t see anything. Is there a way to change the background color on the editing pages?

    Yes, you should be seeing these options via Appearance > Customize > Colours and Backgrounds.

    To check again, are you seeing these options also?

    Thank you, Adam. I’m not trying to change the background on the website. I already did that. But I have white text on the page, and when I try to edit, the background in the page editor is white, so I cannot see my text.

    Got it — are you making the text white using the editor, or are you using Appearance > Customize > Colours and Backgrounds?

    Light bulb moment! I was making the text white in the editor. Thank you! I will do that in Appearance instead.
