Background colour won’t change

  • Hi all,
    I have set the background colour to #151b54 but it still comes up white. This is on a new install. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

    If you send a url and a better description, about where you set that color it would be easier, but try:

    background-color: #151b54 !importent;
