For one order in the website philsgranola.gr for which the client paid and the client received the confirmation email from the bank the status of the order in woocommerce was pending

I asked the bank and they told me that

“Upon completion of each transaction, a relevant response message is sent from the (banking) platform to the site. There are cases where the response does not finally reach the company’s system due to interruption of the redirection, which may be due to closing the browser or another network issue of the client. Consider activating the background confirmation service, with which a copy of the response is sent from the platform directly to the company’s system, without the client’s browser intervening.”

How can i activate the background confirmation service?

They told me form the bank

“The background confirmation service is activated by us (the bank) in your ecommerce account. ?As this is a copy of the message, it will need to be checked with your technician if your system is able to handle multiple replies for the same order. ?It is also possible for the copy of the reply to be sent to a different URL than the original reply. ? The above should first be tested in a test environment to confirm that it works, so if technically it can be supported by your site, we will initially proceed to activate it in a test account to perform related tests.”

Hey there, @joannaritsoni! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

To confirm, this only happen to one order, correct?

Can you please confirm for us which was the payment gateway used and, if you used a different plugin for it, which one was it?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
