• Hi,
I need help placing a background image. The following website, https://www.joelestingi.com/, shows the top of the background image lining up with the top of the horizontal menu. Also when you scroll down, the image “Powered by WordPress” is visible. I believe this is correct.
On this website, https://saddlebrookecheyenne.com/, the top of the horizontal menu appears to be at the top of the image, but there is a space above that which seems to indicate a vertical tiling. I have no tiling selected. If you scroll down, the image “Powered by WordPress” is not visible. Not sure what I did differently.
Would appreciate your help. Thank you.

  • What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

    Hi,
The theme is Adventure Journal by Contexture International, version 1.7.2. I think I installed it through the WordPress website.

    Hi,
After researching this issue further, I do not think it has anything to do with the background image being used. I say that because I removed the background image and specified a color. The extra space at the top of the page still appeared. My guess is that it is a tiling issue, but as far as I can see I have the same settings in both websites.

I checked the template on the server for each website and the files appear to be identical.
If anyone has a idea on how I might proceed, please let me know. Thanks.
